Chip Atkins, in 1974 and today he still leads the way with passion, imagination and lots of hard work. He’s relentless.

Partner, CEO

Jayme helps run the agency.
Oversees Account Service. Keeps things running smoothly. And has a passion for tourism. And Tuesday movie nights.

Toni Ellard-Arizola

Media Director

Toni oversees the strategic direction of all the agency’s planning and buying functions for traditional and non- traditional media. She’s all-knowing and all planning.

Dirk Mitchell

Partner, Director of Creative Services

Dirk leads and directs the creative process from concept to completion. Minus proofreading. He knows his limits.

Winter Prosapio

Communications Director

Winter has been telling stories about great companies for 30 years. At this point she’s got a pretty thick flak jacket and has helped dozens of companies (and individuals) manage their message through both great and harrowing times.

Erik is our Digital Director, he ensures a smooth operation for all digital tools and applications. He’s also the third funniest person at the agency.

Amanda helps lead the frontline while overseeing projects, armed with an upbeat disposition that puts clients at ease. It’s the rare, good cop good cop approach.

Account Supervisor

Callie helps lead projects and aligns campaigns with overall marketing strategies. She rarely slows down which is both inspiring and slightly overwhelming.

Operations Director

Gabriella’s top priorities include delivering quality results and keeping clients, both internal and external, happy. She does both exceptionally well.

Jayne assists the Account Service team with the day-to-day administration of marketing and advertising initiatives. She’s pretty good at juggling more than a few things at a time. We think she gets a lot of practice at home, being a mom to 5 boys.
