Best of Show plus 28 other Addy Wins!

Every year we get together as a team to review our work and select elements to enter into the ADDYs. Advertising isn’t about awards, of course. It’s about results. The best advertising resonates beyond trends. It makes a cash register ring – or these days, beep. It fills beds, creates trust, and opens doors to possibilities the guest hadn’t considered.
The ADDYs, though, are about awards. This year we had major campaigns we were looking forward to sharing. This year is also special in another way. This is the start of our 60th anniversary year. It would mean a great deal if the judges would see not only the great ideas and execution but the results we delivered for our clients.
So how did it go? Our Creative Director and Partner at TAG, Dirk Mitchell, summed it up:
“A great way to celebrate your 60th anniversary as an advertising agency is to be recognized for doing great work,” noted Dirk. “This happened Saturday night when TAG won a whole bunch of ADDY’s at the American Advertising Awards. 29 to be exact, 15 for Visit San Antonio including The AAF Mosaic Award for our “Real & True” campaign, and 13 for St. David’s HealthCare including Best of Show for our “Hope Lives Here” campaign, and a bronze for our integrated campaign, “Let’s Go” for Visit Plano.”
Big thanks to Visit San Antonio, Visit Plano, and St. David’s HealthCare for being great partners. And a special shout out to Tomiga Productions for helping make these stories engaging, compelling and award-winning.
